急进高海拨地区大鼠心钠素与肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统的相关性研究 被引量:1

STUDY OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANP AND RAA SYSTEM IN THE RATS CARRIED RAPIDLY INTO THE PLATEAU.

摘要 为了探讨急进高海拔地区机体对低压、低氧环境的适应机制,将海拔10m 处的平原大鼠快速带至海拔2261m 再带入海拔3800m 处,用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆心钠素、肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ和醛固酮的浓度。结果发现:(1)随海拔递增,大鼠血心钠素浓度逐渐升高,肾素及血管紧张素Ⅱ的含量也呈上升趋势,醛固酮浓度逐渐下降,统计学处理有显著性差别;(2)急进高海拔,心钠素降低了醛固酮对肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ的反应性,使醛固酮处于低水平状态。 Atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)has the effects of diuresis,natriuresis and vasodilatation and can inhibit the secretion of aldosterone.To study the relationship between ANP and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone(RAA)sys- tem,the concentrations of ANP,renin,angiotensin Ⅱ and aldosterone in blood of some rats which were carried from the area(with an elevation of 10m)to the plateau(2261 and 3800m)were determind.The results showed that there were significant changes in all of the above indexes.The concentration of ANP,RAA and AT Ⅱ in- creased gradually with the incrase of attitude(P<0.01),while the concentration of ALD decreased with the in- erase of attitude(P<0.05~0.01).It is auggested that all these bioadive substances have important physiological effect in rapid adaptation of organiom to the plateau environment.
