摘要
本文对受^(60)Co照射10 Gy大鼠的血液及心脏中心钠素含量进行了观察,结果表明,大鼠在照后4 h血液和心脏中心钠素含量与对照组相比,已有明显增高(p<0.01),在照后24 h仍处于明显增高状态(p<0.01),到照后48h照射组血液中心钠素含量仍显著高于对照组(p<0.01);而心脏中心钠素的含量已与对照组无显著差别。心钠素含量的变化在早期辐射效应中可能有一定的意义。
Wistar rats were gamma-irradiated at a dose rate of 0.98 Gy/minwith cumulative doses of 10 Gy. It was found that the content of atrial natriureticfactor in serum increased significantly after irradiation at 4, 24, 48 hour. The contentof atrial natriuretic factor in heart increased significantly after irradiation at 4, 24hour, but at 48 hour the content of atrial natriuretic, factor was about normal. Thecontent of atrial natriuretic factor and the early effect of ionizing radiation is discus-sed.
