摘要
目的制备烟酸缓释胶囊并建立其释放度测定方法。方法使用离心造粒机,采用粉末层积法制备了空白母核、烟酸微丸,采用流化床技术对其进行了缓释包衣,通过正交试验优化包衣处方。结果优化条件所得的微丸综合质量评价指标达到优秀,体外释放符合一级释药模型。结论该缓释胶囊体外释放具明显缓释特征。
Objective To prepare nicotinic acid sustained-release capsules and detect their release property. Methods Microcrystalline cellulose pellets and nicotinic acid pellets were prepared in a centrifugal granulator. A fluidized-bed eoater was used to coat the pellets, and the coating formulations were optimized by orthogonal design. Results and Conclusions The sustained-release capsules obtained through optimization of the formulation and preparation process were of good quality, and the release of nicotinic acid from the complex followed the first-order model in vitro.
