摘要
分别采用溶液上药和粉末上药两种工艺,在流化床设备中制备盐酸苯丙醇胺微丸,对制备工艺和微丸质量进行了评价。结果表明,两种工艺的上药率和微丸收率均较高,制备的微丸质量良好。
Phenylpropanolamine hydrochloride pellets were developed in fluid bed by solution layering and powder layering. The pellets were evaluated for physical properties, and process efficiency was evaluated from processing time, assay, and surface finish quality of the pellets. Results showed that good quality product could be achieved by both layering techniques, and yield of pellets was satisfactory.
