本文概述了离心造粒机的工作原理，探讨了最佳造粒过程所要求的供料规律，提出了喷浆和供粉机的调速方程以及其初始转速方程。然后，介绍了按本文理论由计算机控制的BZJ－360M离心工半自动造粒机和其造 试验结果。
This paper describes the operating principlesof the centrifugal granulator and the powderleeding desciplines required in the optimum gran-ulating process. From the equations for optimumspeed control of spray pump powder feeder andinitia, rotating speed is derived. BZJ-360 M se-miautomatic centrifugal granulating and coatingmachine is automatically controlled by the com-puter according to the theory described in thispaper. The granulation test results are presented.
