摘要
对于铝合金电机壳,普遍采用胀套芯轴夹具进行加工。介绍了胀套芯轴夹具的结构和原理,分析了胀套芯轴夹具存在的问题,并提出了改进措施。对改进前后胀套芯轴夹具的结构进行了有限元分析,得到位移情况。同时对改进后的胀套芯轴夹具进行受力分析和夹紧力校核,确认改进后的胀套芯轴夹具满足使用要求。
For the aluminum alloy motor casing,the mandrel clamp with expansion sleeve is generally used for processing.The structure and principle of the mandrel clamp with expansion sleeve were introduced.The problems of the mandrel clamp with expansion sleeve were analyzed and the corrective measures were proposed.The finite element analysis of the structure of the mandrel clamp with expansion sleeve before and after the improvement had been carried out to obtain the displacement.At the same time,the improved mandrel clamp with expansion sleeve was subjected to stress analysis and clamping force check.It is confirmed that the improved mandrel clamp with expansion sleeve can meet the operating requirements.
