摘要
针对65Mn钢制弹簧夹头使用寿命较短,采用改进65Mn钢的热处理工艺及改用GCr15钢制作弹簧夹头。对比试验表明,改进65Mn钢的热处理工艺对提高弹簧夹头使用寿命效果不明显,而改用GCr15钢及规范的热处理工艺制作弹簧夹头,其力学性能及使用寿命均得以显著提高,从而提高生产效率与产能。
In view of the short service period of 65Mn spring cartridge, improved 65Mn heat treatment process and new raw material GCr15 bearing steel was used in manufacture of the spring cartridge. Comparative tests show that the improvement of 65Mn heat treatment has no obvious effect on the service period. However, using new raw material GCr15 bearing steel and formulating an appropriate heat treatment process to manfacture the spring carttidge can greatly prolong the mechanical properties and service period, thus the production efficiency and capacity are increased substantially.
