毛竹叶提取物抑菌作用的初步研究 被引量:14

摘要 应用管碟扩散法对毛竹叶提取物的抑菌作用进行初步研究。结果表明:使用不同提取剂得到的毛竹叶提取物抑菌效果不同,其中以无水乙醇、冰醋酸和水的混合物,配比为5∶2∶3为最佳提取剂,所得提取物对细菌抑制作用最强,对酵母菌抑制作用次之,对霉菌作用不明显。且该提取剂所得提取物浓度越高,抑菌效果越好,当提取物浓度为6.25%时,对沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、腊状芽孢杆菌、枯草杆菌、荧光假芽孢杆菌有一定的抑菌效果,对巨大芽孢杆菌、普通变形杆菌、啤酒酵母、汉逊氏酵母和产朊酵母无抑菌效果。 The antibacterial properties of leaf extracts from PhyUostachys pubescens with the method of tube and disc diffusion was studied. The results showed that antibacterial functions of extracts by different extracting agents were different; the mixed agent of purified alcohol, acetic acid and water with the ratio of 5: 2:3 was optimum; the antibacterial function of the extract by this agent had the strongest effect on microorganisms, its effect on yeasts came next and no obvious effect on molds. Higher concentration of the extracts had stronger antibacterial function. When the concentration of the extracts reached 6.25%, they had some antibacterial effect on microorganisms such as: Salmonella sp. , Escherichia coil, Staphyplococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtilis and Proteus fluorescen, but they had no obvious antibacterial effect on Bacillus megaterium, Proteus vulgaris, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Hansenula anomala and Candida utilis.
