摘要
研究测定了四季竹竹叶提取液对细菌的抑制作用,并对其抑菌效果进行了研究,结果表明:不同提取液有不同程度的抑菌作用。竹叶的乙醇乙酸提取液、乙醇提取液和水提取液对细菌的最小抑制浓度分别为:伤寒沙门氏菌(1%10%40%)、大肠杆菌(1%40%80%)、金黄色葡萄球菌(1%20%80%)、枯草芽胞杆菌(1%80%(不能))、普通变形杆菌(1%5%40%)、米曲霉(5%40%40%)、酒精酵母(5%80%(不能)),相同提取液中,提取物浓度越高,抑菌率越高。
This paper deals with the antimicrobial function of extracts from bamboo leaves. The result showed extract hod strong antimicrobial function. The antimicrobial minimum dosage of bamboo leaves exact were respectively as follows: Salmonella typhi (1% 10% 40%), Bacillus subtilis (1% 10% 40%), staphylococcus aureus (1% 20% 80%), Bacillus subtilis (1% 80%-), Escherichia coli (1 % 40% 80% ) , Proteus vulgaris ( 1 % 5% 40%), A. orycae (5% 40% 40%), Saccharomyces cerevisiae (5% 80% - ).
