介绍了竹子的药用价值和竹叶中的黄酮类化合物的药用历史。研究表明,竹叶黄酮有抗脂质过氧 化、扩张冠脉血管和对抗心肌梗塞等作用。并就竹叶黄酮对天然抗氧化剂在食品添加剂中,如肉类、 水产品和果汁饮料的应用前景进行了阐述。
Medical history of medical value and flavonoids in bamboo leaf is mentioned. The research shows that bamboo leave flavone has role on fat resistance, blood vessel dilatation and myocardial infarction resistance. And itsapplication on natural anti-oxidant in food additive, meat, aquatic products and soft drinking are introduced in the paper.
