摘要
研制了1台基于DSP的数字化IGBT逆变交直流方波脉冲TIG焊机,采用DSP-TMS320F240作为控制系统的核心。利用TMS320F240可以输出12路PWM的特点,对其中2路进行编程输出,分别对前级和后级进行驱动。通过霍尔传感器进行电流采样,设计了电流反馈的控制系统。针对焊接过程中可能出现的过/欠电压、过电流、过热等故障,设计了相应的保护电路和报警电路。试验证明:该系统电路简单,操作方便,工作稳定,达到预期的要求。
A digital IGBT inverter AC/DC pulse TIG welding machine based on DSP is developed,whidl adopts DSP-TMS320F240 as a core. of the control system. By using of 12 PWM outputs of TMS320F240, two of these PWM are programmed to drive the former and the latter IGBT. The current is sampled hy Hall sensor and a current feedback control system is designed. Aiming at the possible problems occuring in the welding process, such as over/lower voltage, over-eurrent, over-heat, a corresponding proteeting and alarm circuit is designed. The experiments sh.ow that this system is simple to operate, and works stably, which meets the respecting requirements.
