摘要
为了开展荷瘤动物的在体肿瘤治疗实验研究,并提高肿瘤治疗的有效性和安全性,要求脉冲磁场发生器的磁场线圈具有较好的聚焦性能。为此,在总结课题组前期工作的基础上,提出了一种球面型聚焦线圈阵列。首先通过COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件对改进前和改进后2种球面型聚焦线圈的磁场分布进行了仿真分析;然后确定了聚焦线圈模型,并仿真分析了子线圈的半径和线径对磁场分布的影响,进而确定了线圈参数并完成了实物的研制;最后对聚焦磁场线圈的聚焦性能进行了实测与评估。研究结果表明,改进后的聚焦磁场线圈的聚焦性能比改进前有了很大提高,子线圈半径对聚焦线圈的磁场分布有较大的影响,而子线圈的线径影响较小。总之,所设计和研制的球面型聚焦线圈阵列的聚焦性能较好,满足设计要求,为下一步的脉冲磁场发生器的研制和医学实验奠定了坚实基础。
In order to experimentally investigate tumor-bearing animal in vivo and to improve the effectiveness and security in tumor treatment,the magnetic field coil of pulse magnetic field generator should have a better focusing performance.Consequently,we put forward a new spherical coil array on the basis of previous research.Firstly,we analyzed the magnetic field distribution of two kinds of spherical coil array using the COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software.After selecting a better coil model,we simulated and analyzed the impact of radius and conductor diameter of sub-coils for magnetic field distribution.Then,we completed a prototype coil array after selecting its parameters.Finally,we measured and evaluated the magnetic field focusing ability.It can be concluded that the magnetic focusing ability of coil array is improved after changing the coil model,the radius of sub-coils has a great effect on magnetic field distribution,and the effect of conductor diameter can be ignored.All in all,the spherical magnetic focusing coil array has a good performance in focusing ability and it will lay a solid foundation to the development of pulse magnetic generator and medical experiments in tumor treatment.
