基于屏蔽暗箱窗口法的材料电磁脉冲屏蔽效能时域测试 被引量:15

Time-domain Test for Electromagnetic Pulse Shielding Effectiveness of Matnrials Based on the Method of Windowed Semi-anechoic Box

摘要 针对现有材料电磁脉冲屏蔽效能时域测试方法的不足,提出使用屏蔽暗箱窗口法进行材料屏蔽效能的时域测试。分别在频域和时域分析了影响材料屏蔽效能测试的因素,并根据分析结果搭建了屏蔽暗箱窗口法的时域测试系统。在搭建的系统中测量了有、无屏蔽材料时的时域波形参数,并计算了峰值比值屏蔽效能。结果表明:测试点应靠近窗口;窗口尺寸的改变比箱体尺寸的改变对于测试结果的影响更大,应尽量选择大尺寸窗口;时域测试中脉冲上升时间应<1ns。实测频域试验表明,采用屏蔽暗箱窗口法与屏蔽室窗口法的测试结果基本一致,总体比法兰同轴法的测试结果偏大。综上所述,屏蔽暗箱窗口法有很好的适用性,能够可靠评价材料的时域屏蔽效能。 In order to remedy the deficiencies of the time-domain test methods of electromagnetic pulse shielding effectiveness(SE) of materials,a method named windowed semi-anechoic box(WSAB) is introduced for time-domain SE tests.Factors affecting the SE tests were researched in both frequency-domain and time-domain.Based on the results,a time-domain testing system adopting WSAB was developed,in which the time-domain waveforms of shielding materials loaded and unloaded were measured to calculate the peak ratio SE of materials.The results show that test points should be close to the window,that window size of the test results is greater than the box size so that large-size window should be chosen,and that the rising time of pulses should be less than 1 ns in time-domain tests.The frequency-domain tests show that the obtained SE using WSAB is the same as that using the method of windowed shielding room,but generally larger than that using the flanged coaxial method.In conclusion,the proposed WSAB method has good applicability,and can be adopted for evaluating the time-domain SE of materials reliably.
