摘要
逆变技术在焊接电源中的应用使得焊接设备在小型化、高效化方面有了飞跃的发展,然而传统的模拟控制方式存在着的种种弊端限制了弧焊逆变电源的进一步发展.根据数字信号处理技术的特点,介绍了弧焊电源“数字化”的概念和DSP(数字信号处理器)的发展过程、特点及应用领域,研究了一种可应用于数字化焊接电源的DSP芯片TMS320F240,包括它的分类、结构特征、总体特征及实际应用等.
The application of power inverting technology in welding has made big progress in miniaturization and high efficiency of welding equipments. But, the further development of arc-welding inverter was impeded by various shortcomings of traditional analogue control circuit. According to the characteristics of digital signal processing, the concept of the digitalization of welding power source was introduced. The development of DSP(digital signal processor) , its characteristics and application were introduced, too. A DSP CMOS-chip used in digital welding power source--TMS320F240, including its classification, structure,general characteristics and practical application was investigated.
