摘要
对农村劳动力转移现象本质的正确认识是对该群体实施有效教育培训的前提。农村劳动力转移是其群体实现现代化、价值实现途径多元化、主动适应社会文化"变迁"、教育需求与"唯上发展"得到满足的过程。基于此,其教育培训实施的应然功能是促进该群体的和谐、自由发展。比较而言,当前我国农村转移劳动力的教育培训存在目标异化、内容选择狭隘及供需错位等问题。
Education and training to transferring labour force from countryside must be based on correct understanding to the essence of the phenomenon. The transfer is a process that the group accomplished mordernization, the path of value realizing diversify, adopted the changes of social culture initiatiuly, etc. So Education and training to countryside transfering labour force aims to accelerate the harmonious and free development of the groop.The auther also point out some pessences in the education and training to our transferring labour force from countryside, such as the target abonarmal, content limited and supply and need in disorder.
