摘要
目前我国城市化和经济社会发展造成了大量的"村转居"新市民,并由此产生了文化冲突与身份构建问题。为此,成人教育在"村转居"新市民角色转换中需要发挥其应然功能,以帮助新市民尽快实现其角色的转换。
There are a lot of" New citizens of "the village transferring to city" because of the development of economic in China, which have produced many problems needed to be resolved, including the conflict of culture and the construction of the identity. Through learning from the experiences of America, the adult education can help the new citizens change their identities as soon as possible.
