摘要
中国农村剩余劳动力迫切需要向城镇转移，以达到劳动力资源在全国范围内的优化配置。但很多人认为，市民化是最好的途径，它可以留住入城农民工，保证其不再向农村回流。但事实上并非完全如此，吸引农民向城市转移的力量，和市民化措施之间的相关性其实不大。
The surplus labour force in village need to transfer to the cities to achieve the optimization of labour force utilization.And many people think the best way to keep the labour force is to give them the townish identity.But in fact it is not simple as people think.There is little relevancy between attracting the farmers to cities and giv-ing the townish identity.
