摘要
目的:结合巯基棉分离富集方法,建立一种测定水中痕量铜的共振光散射(RLS)新方法.方法:用简易荧光计研究在碱性介质中,铜-硫化钠-十六烷基三甲基溴化铵体系的共振散射光谱,考查了它们的光谱特征,影响因素和适宜的反应条件.结果:在实验条件下,RLS增强程度与Cu2+的浓度在 0.25~3.50 μg/ml 范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9992),方法检出限 0.017 μg/ml.结论:该法在室温下进行,操作方便,具有较高的灵敏度;可用于环境水样中铜浓度的测定.
Objective:To set up a resonance light scattering method for determination of trace copper in water sample with the sulfhydryl cotton separation - enrichment method. Methods: The resonance light scattering spectrum of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide in alkaline medium was enhanced significantly in the presence of CuS/S^2- solution. The spectral characteristics, the affecting factors and the optimum conditions of the reaction were thus investigated by easy fluorophotometer. Results: On the experimental conditions, the enhancement of resonance light scattering at 440 nm was proportional to the concentration of Cu(Ⅱ) rangeing from 0. 25 to 3.50 μg/ml(r =0. 9992) ,and detection limit was 0. 017 μg/ml. Conclusion:This method can be operated conveniently at ambient temperature with high sensitivity and can be used to determine Cu(Ⅱ) in the environmental water sample.
