摘要
在阳离子表面活性剂CTAB存在下,研究了铕-二苯甲酸甲烷-邻菲罗啉三元配合物在水溶液中荧光发射的性质。采用370nm光波激发,配合物的最大特征荧光发射波长为614nm。当CTAB的浓度达到0.45mmol·L(-1)时,配合物的荧光强度达到最大,Eu(3+)浓度在0~0.1ng·L(-1)范围内,它与荧光强度有良好的线性关系。实验表明,检出下限可达1fg·L(-1)。
In the presence of cationic surfactant CTAB, the luminescence emission properties of Eu-DBM-Phen complex in aqueous solution have been studied. The maximum characteric emission wavelength of the ternary complex is 614 urn, by using 370 urn excitation. The stationary luminescence intensity of the complex is the largest when the concentration (0. 45 mmol. L(-1)) of CTAB is used. A good linear relationship between luminescence and europium in 0~0.1 ng·L(-1) is found. The result of the experiment indicates that the lower limit of the detection is 1 fg·L(-1).
