摘要
以九龙光中草药提取物复方消毒剂原液作用５分钟，可将金黄色葡萄球菌全部杀灭；以其７５％浓度溶液作用５分钟，可将ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性破坏。该药气雾消毒剂对室内空气与物体表面自然菌亦有良好的杀灭作用。
Jiulongguang Compound Disinfectant was prepared from extracts of Chinese medicinal herbs such as Jiulongguang,Jiasu,Lanhua and Yexihua. The results of germicidal test indicated that at 20～23℃,the compound disinfectant with a 5- min contact time could complete ly kill Staphylococcus aureus in suspension,and its 75% solution with a 5- min contact time could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg in suspension. At 25℃, spray ofstock solution of the disintectant at a dosage of 3.5 ml / m3 with a 60- min contact time could kill more than 99.96% and 92.53 % of S. aureus (artiflcially contaminated) and natural bacteria in air respectively.Spray of the disinfectant aerosol on the telephone and handle of refrigerator with a 5- min contact time could kill more than 98.36% of the natural bacteria. The germicidal efficacy of the compound disinfectant showed no signiflcant decrease after storage at 54℃ for 21 days, indicating that it has excellent stability.
