摘要
试验指出,流通蒸汽与112℃压力蒸汽作用20分钟,140℃干烤2小时,可将污染于钢片、乳胶片与麻布片表面上的HBsAg破坏。其中,以钢片上者较易破坏。
The destructive effect of heat(steam, pressured
steam and dry heat)on purified HBsAgwas tested in laboratory. The results indicated that all the
3 kinds of heat disinfection methodscould destroy HBsAg.The pressured steam at 11 2℃ and
steam with a 20-minute contacttime could destroy HBsAg on steel plate,latex membrane and
linen strip tested,While 140℃and 2 hr were required for dry heat to produce the same
efficacy.The HBsAg on the steelplate was easy to be destroyed and was destroyed completely
by exposure to steam for 10 minor to dry heat at 90℃ for2 hr.
