摘要
目的了解空气消毒净化机杀菌作用和对室内空气的消毒效果。方法采用定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法进行了实验观察。结果在常温常湿条件下,启动空气消毒净化机消毒作用90 min,对20 m3密闭气雾室内空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.95%。在低于常温(10-14℃)常湿(45-55%)条件下,启动该消毒净化机消毒作用1.5-3.5 h,对60 m3密闭房间空气中自然菌的消亡率为99.12%。该净化机内装20 W紫外线灯辐射强度无机外泄漏现象。结论空气消毒净化机具有较强的杀菌作用,对室内空气中人工污染菌和自然菌的杀灭效果均可达到消毒合格要求。
Objective To know the germicidal action of air disinfection - purifying machine and its efficacy in disinfection of indoor air. Methods Quantitative germicidal test and field disinfection trial were used to carry out experimental observation. Results Under conditions of ordinary temperature and ordinary humidity, operation of the air disinfection - purifying machine for 90 min killed 99.95% of Staphylococcus albus in air of a 20 m3 airtight aerosol chamber. Under conditions of lower than ordinary temperature ( 10 - 14℃ ) and humidity (45% - 55% ), operation of the air disinfection - purifying machine for 1.5 - 3.5 h caused 99.12% withering rate of the natural bacteria in air of a 60 m^3 closed room. The air disinfection purifying machine installed a 20 W ultraviolet lamp without leakage of radiation outside the machine. Conclusion The air disinfection purifying machine has strong germicidal effect. Its efficacy in killing artificially contaiminating bacteria and natural bacteria in indoor air can fulfil the requirement of eligible disinfection.
