摘要
目的探讨中药对常见多重耐药革兰阴性杆菌治疗的可行途径。方法用自制中药液对多重耐药的铜绿假单胞菌、嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌、鲍曼复合醋酸钙不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌采取试管内药液稀释法和纸片法进行药物敏感试验。结果中药液对全铜绿假单胞菌以及多重耐药的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌作用较大,对多重耐药菌鲍曼复合醋酸钙不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌作用较弱。结论由于中草药的多作用机制,一般在临床不易形成耐药,但中草药目前的炮制和使用情况下难以达到如此高的体内浓度,难以替代抗生素,应在中草药和抗生素联合使用上进一步研究,以减少耐药性和抗生素残留。
Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in dealing with multi - drug resistant strains of gram negative bacillus. Methods The susceptibility of organisms identified by automatic microbial system(Vitek) was tested by Kirby - Bauer( K - B) method as described in NCCLS to ensure their multi - drug resistance. The methods of dilution test in tubes and testing sensibility in the agar plate with drug paper were selected to determine the effect of extract of traditional Chinese medicine against the multi - drug resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Acinetobacter baumannii, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Results Both methods showed that the traditional Chinese medicine was more effective on the strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, and less effect for the strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae. Conclusion The multiple acting mechanhisms of traditional Chinese medicine on bacteria is less likely to lead to the occurrence of drug resistance in microoganisms. But to date traditional Chinese medicine is not easy to reach a high concentration in vivo, thus it can not replace antibiotics. Therefore combined use of traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotics is recommended.
