摘要
提高课程教学质量是高校教学改革的关键,本文提出了提高《实用管理学》教学质量方案。该方案包括四个方面的内容,即:理论联系实际,深化教学内容,注重能力培养;教学层次化,挖掘学习潜力;教学方法多样化,讲究教学效率;考试考核科学化,重视能力评价。
To improve the teaching qualities of courses is the key to the teaching reform of institutions of higher learning. This paper has put forward a plan on how to improve the teaching qualities of the course “Practical Management”. This plan includes four aspects, they are： to apply the theory to practice, to deepen teaching contents and to lay stress on students＇ ability training; to carry out teaching on various levels and tap the students＇ learning potential; to diversify the teaching methods and stress the teaching effect; to carry out the exams and tests scientifically and evaluate the students＇ ability seriously.
