摘要
考察品种是否应作为战储备件储备与其属性密不可分,分析了战储备件的特点及影响战储备件储备品种选择的因素,提出了战储备件储备品种选择的属性分析法,并讨论了其辅助决策.属性分析法根据某一属性将考察品种分为肯定储备、肯定不储备和不确定是否储备的品种三种类型,不确定的品种再分析另一属性,按重要性、可更换性、获得难度、消耗性和经济性的顺序,将应储备的品种和不储备的品种逐渐分开.辅助决策是在进行属性分析的同时,对考察品种应该储备的程度进行量化,对进行经济性分析后仍难以确定的品种,以各属性的量化值之乘积作为储备品种选择的依据.
Whether the studied varieties should be selected as battle storage spare parts is relevant to its＇ attributes, the characteristic of battle storage spare parts is discussed, the attributes relevant to selecting battle storage spare parts is analyzed and attribute analysis method is proposed in the paper, its assistant decision is also discussed. The attribute analysis method classifies the studied spare parts into sure to be stored, sure not to be stored and unsure to be stored three categories by one attribute, another attribute can be used to sort unsure to be stored category to three categories, in this way, studied varieties can be classified into sure to be stored category and sure not to be stored category gradually in order of importance, replacement, obtain hardness, consumption and economies. Assistant decision is measures the degree of taking the Studied variety as spare parts when applying the attribute analysis method, for those which is hard to select after analyzing economies, takes the product of these measures as the final value to decide whether the studied varieties is taken as battle storage spare parts or not.
