摘要
备件供应保障是综合保障中重要的组成部分。为了给决策者提供确定备件种类和数量的依据,分析建立了航空备件保障指标的层次结构。影响备件种类和数量的部分因素具有模糊性,利用模糊层次分析法和模糊综合评判理论的优点,将两种方法相结合完成权重分配和评估运算。最后,结合实例进行了分析,分析结果表明该法是可行的,具有较高的使用价值。
The spares supply support is an important part of engineering comprehensive support. Giving the decision maker a reasonable method to confirm the kinds and quantity of the spares is importance. Through analysis, a hierarchical framework for the spares supply support is proposed. The elements which influent the kinds and quantity of the spares is fuzzy, so taking the advantage of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive judgement ,the two theories are combined to resolve the multi-attribute decision making problems. Finally, this method is confirmed by an example. Through the analytic result, the method is regarded of feasibility and high practice value.
