摘要
本文分析了我国当前企业在知识管理中面对的问题,指出了企业应当采取的措施。包括领导者应重视知识管理,坚持“以人为本”的管理理念,同时企业要积极进行企业信息化建设,培养知识管理人才等。
This paper analyses the questions Chinese enterprises are facing in knowledge management now, and points out measures enterprises should take. It contains leaders should attach importance to knowledge management, adhere to the management philosophy “humanism-oriented”. At the same times enterprises promote theirs informationizafion actively, and train knowledge management personnel, and so on.
