加强企业知识管理是知识经济时代的必然要求。针对目前企业知识管理中存在的问题 ,企业加强知识管理首先要树立知识无形资产的价值观 ,建立知识传播与共享的环境 ,加速知识创新的进程 。
It is an inevitable requirement to strengthen enterprise knowledge management in the era of the knowledge economy.Now there are a series of problems in enterprise knowledge management.We offer corresponding countermeasures.Setting up the valuable idea that knowledge is a kind of intangible assets, establishing the environment in which the knowledge is spread and shared, speeding the process of knowledge innovation,developing a professional group for knowledge management.
