松小蠹信息素马鞭烯醇和马鞭烯酮合成研究 被引量:4

摘要 以α-蒎烯为原料,控制反应温度及氧气流量,用松香酸钴催化,对α-蒎烯进行区域选择性氧化,得松小蠹信息素马鞭烯醇和马鞭烯酮,并用IR和MS谱验证了结构。对反应中的影响因素进行了研究和探讨,提出反应的优化条件,为马鞭烯醇和马鞭烯酮的扩大生产提供数据和依据。 Verbenol and verbenone are pheromone of bark beetle, By oxidation of α-pinene compounds have been prepared. In the reaction cobalt salt is catalyst. Structure of verbenol and verbenone have been identified by analysis of spectral data of IR and MS. The influence factors of the reaction, such as the reaction temperature , oxygen flow, the amount of catalyst and α-pinene,are investigated. The optimized conditions of reaction are proposed. Scientific basis and data are put forward for exploit produce of verbenol and verbenone.
