二甲酸钾作为非抗生素促生长剂是近几年动物营养研究的热点之一。本文概述了二甲酸钾的理化性质、作用、体内代谢过程、合成研究及其在畜牧养殖业中的应用研究效果，以期为二甲酸钾的合成和应用研究提供参考依据。
