摘要
选用32个小麦品种(系),在其幼穗长度1.2cm时,喷施1.8‰的化学杂交剂BAU—2,探讨其诱导小麦品种的育性及其生长发育的表现。结果表明:(1)90%以上的品种(系)不育率达95%~100%,BAU—2杀雄效果稳定;(2)BAU—2对小麦柱头的活力有影响,人工、自然授粉结实率均较低,各为6.0%~36.8%、0.6%~34.2%,品种间差异极显著;(3)BAU—2对株高、穗下节间长度、穗长、千粒重、发芽势和发芽率均为副效应;对单株穗数有所增加,它们变幅分别为0.3~16.7cm、1.6~11.1cm、0~1.4cm、2%~99%和2%~99%、0.3~4.4个;小穗数与对照相近。这些不同程度的差异都是由品种间对BAU—2的不同反应所致。
varieties(strains)of winter wheat were used in the experiment. Wheat wassprayed with 1. 8%, CHA BAU-2 when the length of young spikes was about 1. 2cm.The male sterility induced by BAU-2 and. the effect of BAU-2 on growth and development in 32 varieties (or strains)were studied. The results showed that: (1)BAU-2 resulted in nearly complete male sterility,over 90% wheat varieties were stern,about95 %-100% each. (2) BAU-2 had some impact on stigmata and seed-sets. The rate ofseed-set were up to 6.0%-36. 8% when treated with supplementary pollination, however the natural pollination were only 0. 6%-34. 2 %.The differences among the different varieties were significant. (3)BAU-2 had negative effect on plant height,the firstinternode length counted from the top,the ear length,the 1000-kernel weight,the germinating force and the germinating ratel but spikes per plant increased,;The variateranged from 0. 3 to 16.7cm,1. 6 to 11. 1cm,0 to 1.4cm,2% to 99% and 2% to 99%;0. 3 to 4.4,respectively. The number of spikelets was very close to that of contrast varieties. These differences were caused because of the different reactions of various varietiesto BAU-2.
