摘要
采用 2个母本基因型、4种细胞质类型的两因素实验设计 ,对T、K、V、CHA型杂种小麦的品质性状表现及其差异进行了比较研究。结果表明 ,K、V、T型细胞质对杂种小麦某些品质性状具有正向效应 ,其中K型细胞质效应较大 ,其杂种的千粒重、面粉白度、蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、面筋指数、沉淀值、降落值、面团形成时间、稳定时间和评价值均表现正向杂种优势 ,超MP 2 .0 8%~ 16 .82 % ,与V、T、CHA型相比有多个性状优势的差异达到显著水平 ;容重和吸水率的杂种优势在细胞质间差异不显著 ,无细胞质优势效应 ;母本基因型与细胞质具有交互作用 ,对杂种F1 代的性状表现具有一定影响。杂种F1 的容重和评价值的互作值较大 ,分别为 2~ 34g·L- 1 和 2~ 2 8,蛋白质含量和稳定时间的互作值较小 ,分别为0 .4 2 %~ 2 .4 %和 0 .2~ 2 .2min。对优势效应大的细胞质类型 ,选择敏感的母本基因型配制杂种有利于提高品质。
Two factors experiment was conducted with two female parents genotypes and four cytoplasmic genotypes,the performance and variation of T(T. timopheevii),K(Ae. kotschyi),V(Ae. ventricosa) and CHA(Chemical Hybridizing Agents)hybrid wheats' quality characters were studied.The results showed that:(1)T,K,V-cytoplasm have positive influence on some quality characters and the effect of K-cytoplasm was significant.Many significant positive heteroses were observed in K-cytoplasmic hybrid,such as for 1 000-kernal weight,flour whiteness,protein content,wet gluten content,gluten index,sedimentation value,falling number,dough development time,stability time and valorimeter value,which were 2.08%- 16.82% higher than those of Mid-parent.Compared with T,V and CHA-cytoplasmic hybrid wheat,some quality characters of K-type hybrid were significantly better.(2)There were no significant difference and no cytoplasmic preponderant effect on test weight and water absorption.(3)There were interaction effect between female parent genotype and cytoplasm,interaction of test weight and valorimeter value in hybrid F 1 was high as 2-34 g·L -1 and 2-28 respectively,the protein content and stability time were small as 0.42%-2.4% and 0.2-2.2 min respectively.It's better to improve the quality by selecting sensitive female parents in hybrid wheat breeding for cytoplasmic type with significant heterosis effect.
