BAU-9403吸收转运效果的初步研究

摘要 采用2个BAU-9403剂量,4种处理方式对4个基因型小麦的主茎叶片进行处理,通过检测各处理分蘖穗的雄性不育性及其叶片的光合特性,探讨BAU-9403的吸收和转运效果.结果表明:(1)小麦主茎叶涂施BAU-9403后,不仅诱导主茎穗雄性不育,且可吸收转运到分蘖穗产生雄性不育;(2)分蘖叶叶色变淡,叶绿素含量较CK低,较主茎叶高,差异均显著;(3)主茎叶和分蘖叶的净光合速率分别为7.89和8.87μmol CO2·m-2·s-1,均比CK(10.45μmol CO2·m-2·s-1)低,主茎叶与CK差异显著(T=2.447);(4)分蘖穗不育度因基因型敏感性、处理方式和剂量的不同而异.说明BAU-9403处理小麦后可吸收转运到未处理部位产生效果.对反应敏感的基因型,使用较大剂量和增大处理面积利于BAU-9403的吸收转运,但对植株会有一定程度的损伤,对光合性能产生不利影响. The absorbability and transport regulation of CHA BAU-9403 in wheat were investigated by investigating the male sterility and photosynthetic capacity of leaves in wheat treated with CHA BAU-9403 by means of random block experiment with 3 factors of 4 wheat genotypes, different treatments and 2 dosages. The results indicated that: (1) male sterility could be observed in the main stem and tiller spike of wheat (17.77%-80.56%) after treating the main stem with BAU-9403. (2) The color of the tiller leaf became yellow and the chloropyll content reduced after treating the main stem with BAU-9403. The chlorophyll content in the flau-leaf of tillers was obviously lower than that of CK and higher than that of caulis.(3) The photosynthetic rate (Pn) of the flag-leaf of caulis and tillers was obviously lower than that of CK. (4) The male sterility of the tiller spike was different due to the differences in sensitivity of genotype, treatment and dosage. All these showed that BAU-9403 could be absorbed and transported from caulis to tiller. There were diffeences exited in sterility among the genotypes at the same dosage of BAU-9403 treatment. The more the dosage of BAU-9403 was, the higher the absorbability and transport efficiency was. But the chlorophyll content in flag-leaf of the caulis and tiller reduced after treated with BAU-9403 and it had a bad effect on the photosynthetic rate of plant.
