摘要
１９９２～１９９７年在水稻幼穗发育的Ⅲ～Ⅴ期，即二次枝梗原基及颖花原基分化期至花粉母细胞形成期，在网室和大田中一次性施用化学杀雄剂Ⅲ号３０ｍｇ（ａｉ）／ｍ２，测试其对水稻品种“３０３７”、“０２４２８”、“广陆矮四号”、“镇稻８８”、“优粳３４４”等３１个水稻品种（系）的杀雄效果。绝大多数品种（系）自交结实率在２．８％以下。显示化学杀雄剂Ⅲ号具有良好和稳定的杀雄效果。
The experiments on effect of Chemical Hybridizing AgentⅢ (CHAⅢ) were carried out in pot cultured and paddy field during 1992 to 1997.It was found that the sensitive stage for inducing male sterility by CHA Ⅲ was from the stage of secondary branch and spikelet primordia differentiation to the stage of pollen mother cell formation in young panicle development.When CHA Ⅲ being applied of 30 mg(ai)/m 2 during the sensitive stage,self fertility was under 2 4%.By applying CHA Ⅲ in 31 rice cultivars(lines),almost all the self fertilities were below 2 8%.With the characteristics of good and stable effect of emasculation,CHAⅢ is expected to be used in producing the seed of hybrid rice.
