用3,4-二羟基苯甲醛和乙酰甘氨酸经缩合、开环得到α-乙酰胺基-β-(3,4-二乙酰氧基苯基)丙烯酸,再经水解、还原和成盐反应制得丹参素,总收率31%。
Sodium β-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)lactate was synthesized from 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and acetylglycine to give β-acetylamino-β- (3,4-diacetoxyphenyl) acrylic acid, which subjected to hydrolysis, reduction and salification in 31% overall yield.
