摘要
目的观察加用步长稳心颗粒治疗心律失常25例的疗效及安全性。方法用心得安等药治疗(对照组)和加用中药治疗(治疗组),比较两组的临床疗效。结果加用步长稳心颗粒9g口服、每日3次,治疗28天,临床疗效96%,心电图总效率88%。对照组用心得安10mg、谷维素20mg、每日3次,个别病例加用地高辛0.25mg,每日1次治疗28天,临床疗效84%,心电图总有效率68%。结论加用步长稳心颗粒治疗心律失常较单用西药疗效好,安全性较好,副作用较少。
Objective 25 cases of arrhythmia were treated by bu chang wenxin granule and chemical medicine, study the cure effect and safety. Methods The control group was oral propanolol and . the treated group combined with herbal medicine except for propanolol, compared the clinical effect of the two groups. Results 28 cases of the treated group oral administered Buchang Wenxin granule 9g tid for 28days;the clinical effect was 96% total ECG effect was 88%, The control group oral administered propanolol 10mg, oryzanol 20mg, tid , individual cases combined digoxin 0.25mg, qd, for 28days, the clinical effect was 84%, and total ECG effects were 68%. Conclusion the clinical effects were better when combined Buchang Wenxin granule to treat arrhythmia, also have higher safety and less side effect.
