摘要
目的:分析血浆转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)与肾功能间的相关关系。方法:对63例慢性肾功能不全及105例肾功能正常者应用定量酶联免疫吸附试验测定TGF-β1,采用荧光偏振免疫分析法测定同型半胱氨酸,同时测定血清肌酐。结果:肾功能不全组TGF-β1明显高于肾功能正常组犤(6.50±5.89)μg/Lvs(3.88±3.32)μg/L,t=3.82,P=0.000〗。血清肌酐133~339μmol/L组TGF-β1水平最高,血清肌酐≤132μmol/L与血清肌酐≥340μmol/L两组间差异无显著性犤(7.35±6.81)μg/L,(3.88±3.32)μg/L,(4.89±3.56)μg/L,F=11.70,P=0.001〗。结论:血浆TGF-β1与血清肌酐、血红蛋白、同型半胱氨酸相关。TGF-β1可能是导致肾功能损害的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and renal function. Methods In 63 patients of chronic renal failure(CRF) and 105 patients of contrast, TGF-β1 was measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent, Homocysteine(Hcy) was measured with fluorescence polarization immunoassay. At time, serum creatinine(SCr) was also measured. Results In CRF group, the level of plasma TGF-β1 was higher than that in the contrast[ (6.50 ± 5.89)μg/L vs(3.88 ± 3. 32)μg/L, t = 3.82, P =0. 000 ], the level of plasma TGF-β1 in the group whose SCr was from 133 μmol/L to 339 μmol/L was higher than the other group. The group whose SCr less than 132μmol/L and the group whose SCr more than 340μmol/L were no statistical difference [(7.35±6.81) μg/L, (3.88±3.32)μg/L, (4.89±3.56) μg/L, F=11.70, P=0.001]. Conclusion The plasma TGF-β1 was correlation with renal function, hemoglobin and homogysteine. TGG-β1 was the probable important reason to couse renal function damage.
