摘要
目的 观察疏肝益肾通脉汤治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 对照组 5 0例 ,应用单硝酸异山梨醇酯、倍他乐克治疗。治疗组 5 6例 ,以疏肝解郁、补肾助元、活血止痛为治则 ,自拟疏肝益肾通脉汤从肝从肾治疗 ,西医治疗同对照组。 2组均治疗 8周观察疗效。结果 2组治疗后临床症状、心律失常、心电图改变比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1 )。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuganyishentongmai decoction on angina pectoris caused by coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases. Methods 106 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in control group were treated by isosorbide mononitrate and betaloc ;56 patients in treatment group, on the basis of western medicine, were treated by Shuganyishentongmai decoction, with a treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups.Results There were significant differences in clinical symptoms, arrhythmia and ECG between two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Shuganyishentongmai decoction combined with routine western medicine has obvious therapeutic effect on angina pectoris caused by coronary atherosclerotic heart diseases.
