摘要
目的 观察灯盏细辛注射液治疗心绞痛的临床疗效与安全性。方法 将 4 6例心绞痛患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 30例采用西药鲁南欣康加灯盏细辛注射液治疗 ;对照组 16例单用西药鲁南欣康治疗。结果 治疗组、对照组的心绞痛总有效率分别为 93%和 75 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组心电图总有效率分别为 83%和 4 4 % ,两组比较有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 常规西药加灯盏细辛注射液治疗心绞痛比单用西药效果好 ,且安全。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect and safety of Dengzhan asarum injection on angina pectoris.Methods 46 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were treated with DengZhan asarum injection and western medicine isosorbide. 16 cases in control group were treated with isosorbide only.Results The total effective rates of angina pectoris in treatment group and control group were 93% and 75%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The total effective rates of electrocardiogram in treatment group and control group were 83% and 44%, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion DengZhan asarum injection and western medicine have better effect on angina pectoris than single western medicine and the therapeutics is safe.
