摘要
40例简单先心病 CPB 手术病例均分为两组。实验组在 CPB 预充液中一次性加入抑肽酶6万 KIU/kg,对照组不用抑肽酶。于 CPB 前,CPB 后1、4、12、24小时抽桡动脉血测定 LDH、CK-MB、LPO,结果表明:抑肽酶能降低 CPB 术后 LDH、CK-MB、LPO 上升幅度,从而提示具有可能的临床心肌保护作用。
Forty patients who underwent CPB surgery were divid- ed into 2 groups (Aprotinin group and control group,20 cas- es each).Blood samples were taken at pre-CPB,post-CPB 1hr,4hr,12hr,24hr to determine the LDH,CK-MB and LPO levels.The results showed that aprotinin can signiri- cantly decrease the increasing levels of LDH,CK-MB and LPO.This suggest that aprotinin may be myoeardio-pretec- tire in CPB patients.
