摘要
学科馆员队伍是贯彻落实“学科馆员制度”的根本保证。因此应明确职责,认识差距,通过制定规划,完善机制,优化结构,提高素质来尽快建立一支精良的学科馆员队伍。
Librarian of learning is the basic guarantee of carrying out “ the system of librarian team in specific branches of learning” , therefore we are bound to be responsible and to see difference. What＇s more, we should work out regulations, perfect mechanism, strengthen the organization and enhance the quality to build an excellent librarian team in specific branches learning.
