摘要
对高校图书馆学科馆员制度及激励机制的相关研究进行了概述,在此基础上,分析了高校图书馆学科馆员激励机制的重要性,指出构建完善的高校学科馆员激励机制需要通过相应制度保障及多种措施的综合运用。
This paper makes the summary of the literatures of correlation studies of the subject librarian system and incentive mechanism in university library,and based on this,analyzes the importance of incentive mechanism of subject librarian in university library,and points out that the construction of perfect incentive mechanism of subject librarian in university needs corresponding system guarantee and integrated use of a variety of measures.
