摘要
文章针对传统图书馆的弊端和改革的需要，提出在网络环境下加强专业馆员队伍建设的必要性和紧迫性、专业馆员应具备的条件以及实际操作中应妥善解决的几个问题。
Aimed at the drawbacks of traditional libraries and the need of reform, the paperpresents the necessity and urgency of strengthening the specialized librarian personnel, qualitiesthat librarians should posses and some problems that should be paid attention to in the practicaloperation.
