在网络环境下,图书馆人才队伍决定了图书馆职能的发挥,如何建设一支强有力的队伍是图书馆的 当务之急。本文结合烟台大学图书馆的实践经验,从在岗培训与继续教育、精神激励与提高凝聚力、 合理流动与人才资源共享以及双向选择与竞争上岗等方面论述了图书馆队伍建设的方法。
