摘要
目的:采用电镜观察氟中毒患者红细胞形态的变化。方法:对未改水的地方性氟中毒重病区、已改水1年和已改水23年的地方性氟中毒病区患者及非病区健康人的红细胞形态进行扫描电镜观察。用氟离子选择电极法测定水氟和尿氟含量。结果:病区患者红细胞形态发生明显的改变,多数细胞有异常突起,棘状红细胞增多,整个细胞变成棘球状,甚至有碎片出现,细胞聚集现象严重。上述4个地区抽样者的红细胞变形率依次降低(40%、33.8%、19.5%和9.2%),组间具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:病区患者红细胞形态发生明显的改变,变形率随体内氟负荷的增加而增高,低氟水能降低红细胞变形率。
Objective:To observe the model change of the erythrocyte of patients with fluorosis by eleectron microscope.Methods:The erythrocyte shape was scanned by electron microscope and fluoride contents of drinking water and urine were determined by fluoride ion selection electrode method.Results:The erythrocytes of patients with fluorosis could not maintain their normal shape,and showed abnormal tuber and acanthoid erythrocytes manifold,even fragment appearance.The phenomenon of erythrocytes conglomeration was visible. Transmogrification rates of patients' erythrocyte increased gradually from control,from patients with light and heavy fluorosis (9.2%,19.5%,33.8% and 40%),and there were signifcant differences anong groups(P〈0.01). Conclusion:The erythrocytes of patients with fluorosis cannot maintain their normal shape.Transmogrification rate of patients' erythrocyte were increasing by fluoride contents.Low fluoride water can reduce the rate of unnormal erythrocyte shape.
