摘要
目的探索防氟改水对氟中毒患者脂质过氧化和抗氧化水平的影响。方法采用横断面调查法对改水23年、改水一年和未改水氟中毒病区的氟中毒患者(35~55岁)和非病区健康者各16人进行研究。结果改水23年平均尿氟水平明显低于未改水组,与非病区对照组无明显差异。改水一年组尿氟水平明显低于未改水组,但明显高于非病区对照组。改水23年组全血GSH平均含量和GSH-Px平均活性明显高于未改水组和改水一年组,与非病区对照组无明显差异。改水一年组与未改水组无明显差异,未改水组明显高于非病区对照组。不同组间血清SOD和LPO水平无明显差异。结论长期饮用高氟水能降低机体抗氧化物质GSH含量和GSH-Px的活性。
Objective To explore the effect of the low fluoride concentration in improved drinking water on the levels of lipid peroxidation and antioxidation of the patients in endemic fluorosis areas.Methods Cross sectional study was used,48 patients of fluorosis,aged 35 ̄55 years,were selected from the endemic fluorosis areas where the drinking water improved to preserve the fluoride concentration at under 1.0mg/L for 23 years and one year,and nonimproved water.16 normal persons in nonendemic fluorosis area were selected as negative control group.Results The mean fluoride concentration in urine in 23 years group of improved water was significantly lower than that in the positive control group,but was not significant difference from that in the negative control group.The mean fluoride concentration in urine in one year group of improved water was significantly lower than the positive control group,but still higher than the negative control group.The levels of GHS and GSH Px in 23 years group of improved water were significantly higher than the levels of GSH and GSH Px in nonimproved water group,and were also significantly higher than the levels of GSH and GSH Px in one year group of improvedwater,but were not significant difference from the levels of GSH and the GSH Px in negative control group.The levels of GSH and GSH Px showed no significant difference between one year group of improved water and the positive control group.Conclusion Our study has indicated that drinking water containing high fluoride concentration for a long time would reduced the levels of GSH and GSH Px.However,drinking water with low flroride concentration for over a year would return the levles of GSH nad GSH Px to the normal.
