摘要
利用生物化学发光分析技术测量红细胞膜上的ATP酶活性,研究锌、锰、钼对氟毒性的拮抗作用。结果表明,无论在体内还是在体外,氟均能抑制红细胞膜上的ATP酶活性,而锌、锰、钼能拮抗氟的这种ATP酶抑制作用,且在体内的拮抗作用更明显。
ATPase activities were performed on membrane of red blood cell by bioluminescence and the antagonism of Zn Mn Mo to toxic effect of fluoride were studied. The results showed that fluoride inhibits the activity of ATPase on membrane of red blood cell not only in vivo but also in vitro. Zn Mn Mo can antagonize this inhibition. Antagonism of Zn Mn Mo to toxic effect of fluoride on ATPase is more effective in vivo than that in vitro.
