摘要
采用土培盆栽、亚硒酸钠补硒、原子吸收法检测,研究了油菜苗期对硒的生物富集分步,结果显示:油菜对硒具有一定的富集和将无机硒转化为有机硒的能力;油菜从土壤介质中吸收富集的硒积累分布于全株,各器官中硒的分布依次为:根>叶>茎;水溶性生物大分子中硒的分布为:蛋白质>多糖>核酸;硒在蛋白质组分中的分布为:球蛋白>清蛋白>醇溶蛋白>谷蛋白,说明油菜所吸收的硒旺盛的参与了新陈代谢,发挥着重要的生理功能.
The accumulation and distribution of selenium in rapeseed seedling stage was studied in soil pot culture with adding selenium and atomic absorption test method. The rapeseed has ability of bioaccumulating selenium and transforming selenium into organ. The most part of the selenium absorbed form soil is converted into organic form and distributes to a whole plant. The distribution order of selenium in organs are root 〉 leaf 〉 stem. The selenium content are Se-protein 〉 Se-polysaeeharide 〉 Se-nueleie in soluble biological maeromolecules. The selenium content in different types protein are globulin 〉 albumin 〉 prolamine 〉 gluletin.
