摘要
12头黑白花公牛随机分为3组:A 组,在基础日粮(含硒0.107mg/kg)中添加硒0.1 mg/kg;B组,添加硒0.3 mg/kg;C 组,仅喂基础日粮作为对照.试验期5个月.研究表明,精子密度,原精活力,冻精活力和顶体完整率 B 组均极显著高于 C 组(P<0.01);A 组原精活力显著高于 B 组(P<0.05),但冻后活力后者高于前者(P>0.05);采精量和畸形率不受补硒影响(P>0.05).全血硒,精清硒水平和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均随硒的添加量而升高,组间差异均极显著(P<0.01).原精清与冻精清谷草转氨酶活性均以 B 组极显著低于 A 和 C 组(P<0.01).
12 Holstein bulls were randomly distributed among 3 groups for 5-month studies with 0.10,0.3,and 0.0mg/kg selenium as Na_2ScO_3 supplemented per capita a day respectively in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,andⅢ as a control.The results showed that sperm concentration Pre-and post-freeze-thawing motility andacrosomal integrity in group Ⅱ were improved significantly(P<0.01) compared with control;however,ejac-ulates and morphological abnormality were not affected by Se supplementation.Furthermore,Se levels andGSH-Px activity in whole blood and seminal plasma were commensurated with Se added in diet,and thereexisted significant differences in GSH-Px activity in the plasma among 3 groups(P<0.01) whose linear rela-tion was found to Se level in the plasma (0.726),while the Se level in the plasma showed an exponential corre-lation with that in whole blood (0.728).The analysis also indicated that 0.4mg/kg Se in diet would appearreasonable for the bull.
