摘要
中国公共事业主体多元化导源于两种不同的发展路径:公共事业组织民营化与民间力量介入公共事业。公共事业组织民营化是中国公共事业主体多元化最直接、最基本的发展路径,本文从现实基础、基本途径与现状、完善相关规制、创造良好环境四个层面对此进行研讨。
The main body of Chinese public service＇ s multiplication originated from two different resources：privatization of public institutions and intervention of private enterprise into public service. The innovation of public institution＇ s privatization becomes the most direct and the most basic developing route of Chinese public service＇ s main body＇ s multiplication. This assignment investigates and discusses the topic in four aspects, base of realities, basic routes and current conditions,perfection of related regulations, creation of suitable environment.
